Anna joined Opera Group in July 2025 as a Senior Resourcing Administrator within the People & Culture team.

Anna has nearly two decades of experience in Jersey's offshore finance industry. She began her career as a Relationship Manager within Wealth Management for a leading European bank, where she was responsible for delivering tailored investment solutions to an international client base.

For the past 10 years, Anna has worked within the recruitment industry, predominantly supporting the finance sector. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with her recruitment expertise, enables her to identify and attract high calibre talent.

Anna holds the CertRP (Certificate in Recruitment Practice) qualification and the Investment Advice Diploma.
